After many years as an executive, I have been practicing for 3 years and I am based in Aix-en-Provence.
I am happy when I see my clients spread their wings and fly away, like the bird on the branch.
When they decide to be in tune with themselves and act according to their aspirations, they release their energy and fly towards success.
We take a few steps together, focusing on their person, their inner workings, their aspirations, their dreams, and their constraints.
We speak simply and genuinely, forbidding ourselves jargon, ready-made answers, and convenience.
The son of an engineer father and a psychologist mother, I grew up in Paris and now live in the South of France.
I studied engineering. I then acquired over 20 years of solid experience as a business manager in France and abroad. In my last paid position, I was Senior VP Marketing at ABN Amro, the largest Dutch bank, and I managed a team of 45 people working on all continents.
As I was preparing for major changes in my career, I had the chance to work with Alain Forgeot and Willet Weeks, both pioneers of Career Consulting in France, and then with Gilles Caminade, successor of Forgeot-Weeks. Alain, Willet, and Gilles came from the business world with a real human feel. This gave them true credibility.
Their support allowed me to make important decisions about my lifestyle and my professional direction. This led me to where I am today.
In turn, I wanted to share my experience with my clients, I received training and started my personal leadership consulting practice.
Over the last few years, I have changed my way of life, leaving the employee sector to train, pursue new activities and share my experience:
- Training in coaching methods (Vincent Lenhardt’s team), organisation development (Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad) and the narrative approach ((Michael White and David Epston).
- Certified director by Board Evaluations Ltd. in London.
- I advise CEOs, founders, and shareholders of growth companies on their strategic development and financial management.
- I teach strategy and M&A at Burgundy School of Business.
- I mentor students and young graduates to help them navigate their studies and first professional experiences.
I also have a passion for music, and I am a Director of the Bach Academy in Aix-en-Provence.
“ Be like the bird that sits on frail branches, that feels the branch bend and yet sings knowing it has wings. ”
My approach is very flexible.
The objective is for you to take a step back and project yourself into the future according to your personal aspirations. It is also about you getting the means to achieve your aspirations in real life.
Let us move forward together!
